Congratulations to Sam, Caitlin, Ailee and Kelly for all their hard work at the State 4-H Horse Show last weekend in Lexington. They joined over 500 4-H members from all across VA to exhibit their horesemanship skills and knowledge. All four girls were pinned in their equitation/horsemanship classes (which requires a pattern and is judged on their riding ability). They also all received blue ribbon for stable management. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to make it to the state show so GREAT JOB!
Ailee - 4th place Small/Medium Pony Hunter Equitation
Caitlin - 7th place Small/Medium Pony Hunter Equitation
Kelly - 3rd place Large Pony Western Horsemanship, 6th & 8th in Large Pony Western Pleasure and Qualified for Western Pleasure and Western Horsemanship Divisions, Top ten in Junior Hippology
Sam - 5th place Equitation, 8th place Pleasure
